Obituary for Wesley Alton Morgan
JONES COUNTY: Wesley Morgan, 69, of Comer Road, died Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at a local hospital. The family will greet friends from 2:00pm - 3:00pm, Thursday, at Gray Memorial Chapel. Services will be private.
Mr. Morgan was born December 29, 1950, in Cochran and had lived in Jones County for most of his life. He was the son of the late Monroe Morgan and Ruth Christine Thompson Morgan. He was a carpenter and enjoyed working on old cars and prepping them for paint. Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his brothers: Joseph Morgan and Robert Morgan and sisters: Shirley Brown, Helen Wylie and Brenda Gordon.
Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife of fifty-two years: Pat Morgan; son: Wesley Morgan; granddaughter: Christie Morgan and grandsons: Rodney Morgan and Wesley Morgan.
