Obituary for Sondra Williams (Nethken)
Macon: Sondra Nethken Williams died Monday, October 18th, 2021 at Atrium Health Navicent. A visitation will be held Saturday October 23, 2021 at 5:00PM and the Memorial Service to follow at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Gray Memorial 4378 Gray Highway Gray, Ga.
Sondra was born January 8th, 1958 in Macon and had lived in Jones County for the past 15 years. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillie Mae Nethken. She was preceded in death by her daughter Shauna Barton and husband Alfred "Duck" Williams.
She was a devoted mother, wife, sister and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Sondra had an entertaining way of telling a good story to the delight of her family. Her unfiltered personality endured her to all that knew her.
She will be dearly missed by those who loved her most Daughters: Kayela (Eric) Knight, Alexis (Cameron) Price and Son-in-law Brandon Barton. Grandchildren: Shealeigh (Colby) Golden, Abigail Barton, Braxton Ty Barton, Cortlyn Barton, Kraegan Knight, Colton Knight. Sisters: Bobbie Brewer, Katherine Robertson, and Teresa Nethken.
