Obituary for Karen Jean Peterson (Sivesind)
HADDOCK: Karen Jean Peterson, 58, of Smith Road, died Thursday, February 6, 2020. An informal time to reflect on her life will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Gray Memorial Chapel and Crematory.
Ms. Peterson was born December 1, 1961, in St. Paul, Minnesota and had lived in Haddock for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Hilmer "Bud" Sivesind and Dorothy June Sivesind. Ms. Peterson was a homemaker and was described as an excellent and devoted "Nonnie and Nannie" to her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother: Robert Sivesind.
Ms. Peterson is survived by her children: Benjamin Keith Gower, Jessica Leigh Staggs and Elizabeth Kara Whittington; grandchildren: Symon, Kady, Caden, Abigail, Rowan, Kyra and Cohen; brother: Bruce Sivesind; sister: Sandy Sivesind-Watson and her companion: Wayne Yaughn.
