Obituary for Helen Kathleen Posey (Brewer)
JONES COUNTY: Helen Posey, 64, of Oak Valley Drive, passed away, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at a local hospital. The family will greet friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm, Friday, December 3, 2021, at Gray Memorial Chapel in Gray. Memorial services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Wheeler Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Franklin Etheridge officiating.
Mrs. Posey was born February 11, 1957, in Macon and had lived in Jones County for the past thirty-two years. She was the daughter of the late Bobby Brewer and Helen Stanley. Mrs. Posey worked for Georgia Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center with twenty-one years of service. She was dedicated to her family and a lifelong member of Wheeler Heights Baptist Church.
Mrs. Posey is survived by her husband of thirty-two years: Randall Posey; daughters: Kimberly Morgan and Jennifer Renee Norris; sons: Willie "Bubba" Thomaston, Jason Posey, Jody Posey and Kevin Posey; grandchildren: Layla Abney, Noah Pelt, Peyton Thomaston, Kevin Scott Posey, Toby Posey, Brodin Posey and Keith Posey; sister: Robin Bridges and by several nieces and nephews.
