LAKE SINCLAIR: Dorothy Nell Stowe "Dotty" Jones, 81, of Old Plantation Trail, passed away, Friday, July 1, 2022, at her residence. Memorial services will be held at 6:00pm, Thursday, July 7, 2022, in the chapel of Gray Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Jones was born August 14, 1940 in Valdosta and had lived at Lake Sinclair for the past twenty-two years. She was the daughter of the late Joel Marion Stowe and Nellie Mott Stowe. Mrs. Jones enjoyed showing horses in her youth and embraced the lake life, loving to go boating and ride jet skis. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ralph Jones and by her son: Mitch Brown.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her daughter: Lisa "Deette" Allen; grandchildren: Joey Brown (Tabathia) and Casey McCleskey (Hunter); great-grandchildren: Jackson Brown, Makayla Brown, Drake Brown, Jaimie McCleskey and Hunter McCleskey;
sister-in-law: Brenda Brown; step-daughter: Joanie Spence and her "bonus son:" Gus Singleton.
