JONES COUNTY: Diana Lynn "Maw" Wilkerson, 72, of Rebel Drive, died Saturday, November 30, 2019, at her residence. The family will greet friends from 6:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Gray Memorial Chapel. Memorial services will follow at 7:00pm in the funeral home chapel..

Mrs. Wilkerson was born February 5, 1947, in Fort Payne, Alabama and had lived in middle Georgia area for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late George Wesley Walden and Mary Frances Brewer Walden. Mrs. Wilkerson was a homemaker and the greatest joy in her life was taking care of her grand-babies and great-grand-babies. She was preceded in death by her husband:James Cecil "Jimmy" Wilkerson, Sr. and by a grandson: Jason Wilkerson.

Mrs. Wilkerson is survived by her children: Vickie "Doodle" Lewis, James Cecil "JJ" Wilkerson, Jr.(Lynn) and Tina Turner; grandchildren: Dana Smith, Corey Wilkerson and Brianna Modena; and by four great-grandchildren.
