Obituary for Christina Renee Hester (Pittman)
TWIGGS COUNTY: Christina Renee Hester, 26, of US Highway 80, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020, at a hospital in Savannah. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021, from 1:00pm-2:00pm at New Elim Baptist Church in Macon. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm, with Rev. Johnny Baggett officiating. Interment will follow service at Baldwin Memorial Gardens in Milledgeville. Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
Mrs. Hester was born February 4, 1994, in Columbus, Georgia and had lived in Twiggs County. She was the daughter of Tina Gunter and William Pittman. Mrs. Hester attended Mabel White Baptist Church, and worked as a call center agent at Robins Federal Credit Union. Her greatest joys in life were being a mom, a wife, and her family. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Katherine Sizemore; granddad: Jerry Pittman and an uncle: Adam Sizemore.
Mrs. Hester is survived by her son: Declan Hester; husband: Aaron Hester; parents: Tina Gunter (Jimbo Haralson) and William Pittman (Melonie); mother and father-in-law: Janet Hester and Sammy Hester; brothers-In-law: Josh Hester (Deedee) and Brock Hester (Sarah); nieces: Taylor and Cadence; nephews: Jordan, Jacob, and Caleb; sisters: Emily Walker, Gracie Gunter, and Taylor Pittman; brothers: Jared Pittman and Daniel Rich; grandparents: David Sizemore (Amanda) and Annie Faye Pittman.
