Carolyn Lee Crawford, 86, of Wesley Lane, died Thursday, April 21, 2022, at a local nursing home. Visitation will be held from 2:00pm - 3:00pm, Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Gray Memorial Chapel in Gray. Services will follow at 3:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. John Haney officiating. Interment will be at Cedar Ridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Crawford was born December 25, 1935, in Michigan and had lived most of her life in Jones County. She was the daughter of the late Danny MacColeman and Arlene Hunt MacColeman and was a member of Clinton United Methodist Church. Mrs. Crawford was a homemaker who loved to crochet and had a giving spirit. She was preceded in death by her husband: Jack "Papa" Crawford and a son: Michael Hammond.

Mrs. Crawford is survived by her daughters: Arlene Sisson (Rusty), Pam King, both of Texas and Deborah Morris of Macon; daughter-in-law: Deena Hammond of Gray; grandchildren: Tiffani Peavler (Robby), Brandi Hinshaw (Jeremy), Staci Rice (Lee), Ashley Bolt (Chris), Ronnie and Danny King, Alysha Maddox, Christine Hunt; great-grandchildren: Madisyn, Brynlee, Toby, Cooper, Graham, Murphy, Chandler, McKayla, Logan, Skylar and Aurora.
