Benjamin Franklin "Bennie" Malone, III, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm - 2:00pm, Sunday, May 15, 2022, at Gray Memorial Chapel in Gray. Memorial services will follow at 2:00pm, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tommy Freeman officiating.

Mr. Malone was born March 21, 1956, in Macon and had lived most of his life in Jones County. He was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Malone, Jr. and Georgieanna Anders Malone. Mr. Malone was the owner of Bennie Malone Heating and Air and loved to spend time outdoors, hunting, fishing and just enjoying God's creations. He was an accomplished woodworker and enjoyed music. He was preceded in death by a brother: Dennis Malone.

Mr. Malone is survived by his wife of twenty-five years: Karen Malone; daughter: Nicole Malone; sister: Gloria Sexton (Steve); brother: Greg Malone (Tiffany); step-children: DJ Lavender and Katie Lavender and by his grandchildren: William Story, Brannon Vickery and Trinaty Roberson.
